Application:Suitable for slitting BOPP tape, stationery tape, etc. 

Features:

1. All controls are easily accessible and can be operated from both sides of the machine.

2. Three-step length setting: This length setting provides extremely smooth rewinding operations to gives accurate rewinding length.

3. Pneumatic knives: This unit is fitted with 3″penumatic knives, permitting the slitting of a variety of tapes. The knife positions can the adjusted in left/right directions and the pressure of the pneumatic knives can be adjusted to suit tpae material variation.

4. Crowed strech roll: The stretch roll is specially designed with a crowned shape for accurate tape tracking and proper tension control that completely eliminates material wrinking.

5. Automatic shaft change: Once the rewinding operation is accomplished. The machine will automatically perform shaft changes for convenient and efficient operations.

6. Pneumatic brake: Allowing this machine to suit for various material and ensure uniform tension.

7. Keep noise to minimum: The jumbo roll's pressure roll reduces noise to a minimum while in operation.
